Who are we?

An AMI-trained Adolescent Montessori Guide with three years of experience creating supportive, student-centered learning environments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in theater and enjoys infusing creativity into her teaching to inspire students to pursue passions and embrace challenges. As a Texas native, Ashlie feels a deep connection and love for her community. In her classroom, she values sharing this connection with her students to create lasting, trust-based relationships. Outside of her professional life, Ashlie enjoys traveling, sharing her adventures with her two dachshunds, and spending time with her family.

STEM educator with 20 years of experience and a strong interdisciplinary background in electrical engineering, chemistry, biology, physics, astronomy, anatomy, earth systems, computer science, and mathematics (pre-Algebra and Algebra). Created and developed original STEM curricula with high student engagement that encouraged creative problem-solving and fostered student’s passion for learning. Highly effective collaborator with student and colleagues, committed to supporting shared success.
